The Role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Associate in our Defence Capability Hub, a Major Service Provider (MSP) Partner to the Department of Defence.
In this role, the Junior Delivery Manager, at Senior Associate level, will provide human resourcing solutions and administration support to MSP work packages in Defence. Responsibilities would also include reporting, on/offboarding resources and associated security functions. This focus will primarily be within the Guided Weapons Explosive Ordnance Group, however, additional support in other work packages including Performance Management Framework, Aerospace, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Land Systems Division will be provided as required.
About You
To support these work packages, we are looking to connect with enthusiastic professionals with human resource management and administrative experience to provide support in solving Defence their resourcing needs. Defence experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
In addition, you will need to be required to be Australian Citizen with a minimum NV1 security clearance and may need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements. In certain circumstances this can place limitations on persons who hold dual nationality, permanent residency or are former nationals of certain countries as per ITAR 126.1.
