Responsibilities

As
Project Scheduler,you’ll work collaboratively within the Project Team with a high degree of autonomy to manage the Master Schedule and deliver business initiatives.
To Succeed In This Endeavour, You Will
- Participate in and lead scheduling workshops to help team leads and Project Managers develop schedules, including resourcing, levelling, work breakdown structures, and reports.
- Maintain, develop, and update the scheduling framework, processes, and templates.
- Dependency development and analysis; updating and reporting on schedule progress.
- Identify scheduling issues and provide advice for remediation and resolution options.
- Collaborate with team leads and responsible parties to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and implement planning and scheduling improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
- You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
- Relevant qualifications and professional development in relation to Project Management
- Schedule management professional accreditation or qualification for Open Plan Professional
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the defence, government, or professional services industries.
- A natural ability to build trusted relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
- A strong track record in managing resources to ensure services are delivered for current and future demand.
- Strong communication skills, and you’ll also be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.
More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
