Primary Objective: Lead a team of dedicated Project Management professionals responsible for delivering Power and Water’s capital project portfolio, utilising industry-leading project management methodologies. This role will champion strong governance practices within the team and wider organisation, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance project and program management approaches while delivering efficiencies through the employment of emerging technologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring PDM projects and programs meet the targets outlined in Power and Water’s Statement of Corporate Intent targets. The Senior Manager Delivery needs to demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes. In this role they will collaborate closely with other senior PDM managers, key stakeholders across the organisation, external contractors, as well as the PWC Executive team and Board. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
