- The Facilities Maintenance Unit, forms part of the Facilities & Infrastructure Maintenance Department delivering responsive customer service to Council's portfolio of Buildings and associated structures.
About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for the effective and responsive delivery of building and structures renewal programs for council owned and operated facilities and structures.
- The incumbent will be required to have:
- Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance and Project Management servicing a large portfolio of buildings offering a diverse range of services.
- Impeccable customer service skills and a high level of technical expertise.
About You
- Tertiary Qualification in a Project management or engineering related field;
- A current Victorian driver’s licence or equivalent licence;
- Employee Working with Children’s Check;
- Satisfactory National Police Check; and
- Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
