This is an opportunity for 3 supervisors to join a growing business, with a portfolio of homes to manage either in Alkimos, Ellenbrook or Byford.
The Role
Reporting to the leadership team, you will have the responsibility for:
- Supervise and manage the construction of single storey homes
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure the highest standard of quality is delivered
- Maintain and updating company systems via iPad and laptop
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
