The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you'll lead the team on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively. You'll manage daily operations, including resources, plant, and subcontractors, while keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise land development, underground, pavement, and earthwork projects.
- Plan and manage on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality.
- Direct and support the team, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
- Oversee resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in supervising land development, underground, or earthwork projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to safety and OSH practices.
- Construction White Card and Driver’s License.
- Permanent work rights in Australia.
- Must pass a pre-employment medical.
