This role is critical in overseeing and delivering projects, across medium density and one-off projects South of the river. Reporting directly into and working closely alongside the Construction Manager, you would manage around 15 homes.

Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ year’s experience within a residential volume builder in a similar role
- Experience across timber frame and brick construction methods advantageous
- Loyal and evolving trade base
- Sound OH&S practices
- Results driven and solution focused
