About The Role
Providing Project support by way of assisting with the onsite delivery of projects
Key Responsibilities For The Role
- Responsible for reviewing construction and structural documentation and technical specifications
- Assist the Design Coordinator with design management requirements and shop drawing reviews
- Assist with the coordination and management of subcontractors onsite, including the review and issuing of RFI's while reviewing trade specific variations with the Contract Administrator
- Work closely with key stakeholders ( riggers, suppliers, operations team
- Assist with ensuring projects are tracked and managed in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirements
Skills & Experience
- 2+ Years in the Construction Industry
- Experience in warehousing projects
- Relevant site experience or Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Building and Construction, Engineering or relevant site background
- Knowledge and experience in structural steel
- Strong Communication Skills ( Written and Verbal)
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work within a team environment
- Be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Be proactive in maintaining a strong client focus
- Experience in Workbench (preferred not essential)
- Willingness to travel if required
