- Management and track PO orders to support project needs
- Coordinate and maintain schedules for meetings, team activities, and important deadlines
- Organise and prepare agendas, materials, and necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records, update project information, and assist with report generation
About You
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
- Experience in construction administration is an advantage but not required
