Your Role As Junior Site Supervisor
- Working alongside the Senior Supervisor, you’ll get hands-on experience managing the site, coordinating trades, and learning the ins and outs of townhouse construction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with site coordination, managing trades, and ensuring materials are on-site when needed.
- Supporting quality control and safety standards across all stages of construction.
- Maintaining communication with the team, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Learning project timelines and budget management.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Trade qualified in carpentry and ready to transition into a leadership role.
- Experience in residential construction with a keen eye for quality and detail.
