As a Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's prestigious university facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, providing technical support, maintenance, and repairs for various HVAC systems. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the HVAC or trade services industry to join our growing team. You will be fully supported by a team dedicated to ensuring success with a high focus on QHSE requirements. Lead and support a diverse team of technicians, promoting a positive and efficient work environment while ensuring timely service delivery.
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with clients, emphasizing partnership and open communication.
Organize and delegate tasks to meet deadlines, aiming to exceed client expectations in a supportive manner.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in HVAC technology, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Uphold safety standards and company policies, creating a secure workplace for all team members.
Ideal candidate
Experience in the HVAC or trade services industry
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid understanding of OH&S requirements.
Customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Committed to ensuring adherence to work order procedures.
Hold current drivers licence, refrigerant handling licence, white card, Restricted Electrical Workers “D” Licence and plumbing commission registration.
