The company has just won an $8m multi-level office building project in South Melbourne. They need an experienced Site Manager to deliver the project from start to finish.
You will report directly to the owner/director and be an integral part of a small team within an emerging business. A CA and the Director will support you.
They also have two $4m townhouse projects in the eastern suburbs, which are currently live, and a hotel refurbishment is also in the pipeline, confirmed for early 2025.
The Director has an excellent reputation. As the former GM of one of Melbourne's prominent commercial construction companies, he has delivered projects up to $60m across multiple sectors.
He's a terrific operator and someone you can work under to develop your construction knowledge and career. If you have aspirations of CM one day, they will be fast-tracked in a business such as this.
The company is based in a bustling building in the Inner East, which is teeming with construction individuals who hang out, talk shop, and grab coffee together.
For this role, you must have at least five years of experience as a Site Manager working on commercial construction projects, preferably multi-use commercial/multi-residential projects with values of at least $8m and above.
This role needs someone who can hit the ground running and is accustomed to modern processes and systems, such as Procore, Hammertech, Aconex, etc.
The salary on offer is up to $180k inc super for the right individual.
