About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Civil onsite Manager and supervisors to join our client's team. Due to winning more projects across WA they are looking to expand their team! Their Projects span across NOR and SOR.
Duties
- Reporting to Construction Manager
- Oversee and direct all site personnel and manage plant equipment effectively.
- Overseeing works delivery crews, ensuring their understanding of the project requirements, scheduling of works, resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of construction activities in alignment with the project schedule.
- Provide a high level of onsite support and guidance to the project
- Monitor progress to ensure that all work is executed according to the construction program and project milestones.
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out to the highest quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience at a senior level - Extensive experience in managing civil construction projects and teams.
- Civil construction supervision experience in Sub-divisional projects
- Ability to read Civil plans - Essential
- Intermediate Survey skills
- Previous experience with Subdivision projects - Essential
- Advanced plant and equipment knowledge
- Advanced understanding of machinery capabilities
- Strong commitment to safety
