An exciting opportunity exists for Senior Project Managers on a fixed term basis to deliver Australia's largest ever urban renewal project.
THE ROLE
The Senior Project Manager will be part of a collaborative and innovative team responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale redevelopments as part of the High-rise Redevelopment Program, Australia's largest urban renewal project.
The Senior Project Manager will provide proactive project management, and manage consultancies and contractors involved in design, documentation and project delivery. This includes coordinating and implementing transaction and procurement processes, project managing project development and delivery activities, supporting budget and cash flow management, reporting, risk and issues management, construction and consultant contract administration and stakeholder management.

Accountabilities Include
- Support the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
- Support the management of contractor and consultant activities during design and delivery phases of the project.
- Track, monitor and action project correspondence, documents, requests for information and plans.
