As a
Project Manager, you will be overseeing the delivery, integration, and continuous development of C-sUAS systems, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder engagements, and coordinate all project management activities to ensure successful outcomes across various capability areas.
To Succeed In This Endeavour, You Will
- Plan and manage the delivery, integration, transition, and sustainment of the project across all relevant inputs.
- Manage the project’s schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver C-sUAS products aligned with capability requirements.
- Support agile contracting and commercial strategies to enable rapid capability deployment.
- Develop key project documentation, including business cases and government submissions.
- Provide regular project status updates, addressing risks and issues.
A real endeavour, driven by you
Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
- Previous experience in a similar role managing complex projects, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering, Electronic Warfare, and Defence Capability Life Cycle management
- You must hold a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
