Maintenance Manager | Healthcare Facility
Are you ready to lead maintenance operations in a critical healthcare environment? BGIS is seeking a
Maintenance Manager to oversee Planned and Reactive Maintenance services across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building, and Fire Systems at a healthcare provider site in
Garran, Canberra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage maintenance operations across essential building systems, ensuring reliable performance in a healthcare setting.
- Lead subcontractors and vendors to meet service delivery standards and contractual obligations.
- Deliver maintenance services within budget, attending to priority tasks promptly.
- Ensure effective operation of the Building Management System (BMS), conducting regular inspections and tests.
- Provide cost estimates and quotes for maintenance works and asset verification.
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, or Hydraulics.
- Proficiency with online Work Order Management Systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
- COVID vaccination is required to apply.
