This position plays a critical role in driving our social housing, SDA , and NDIS government projects. It operates within a low-volume, high-complexity environment that demands meticulous attention to detail
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare tenders, estimates, and pre-bid packages for client construction projects.
- Oversee Production Estimating activities, including material procurement and managing project variations.
- Request and evaluate subcontractor bids and supplier quotations to ensure value and competitiveness.
- Assess scopes of work, conduct quantity takeoffs, and produce custom Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Collaborate with industry professionals, negotiate effectively, and address challenges.
