Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced Change Manager.
This role is for Australian Citizens only with active Baseline Clearance.
The Change Manager will play a crucial in implementing new customer-focused practices at Services Australia, while building organisational support. This position will require close collaboration with stakeholders across the agency to drive changes that enhance customer, staff, technology and business improvements throughout the agency.
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, plans and processes to help the organisation adopt the change.
- Plan and guide the agency's enhancement of organisational culture towards the new changed state.
- Align the change management activities with broader agency strategies and frameworks.
- Facilitate communication to ensure alignment and transparency, along with ways to reduce impacts on key stakeholders.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support the change journey.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress of implemented changes.
- Evaluate and ensure agency readiness and manage stakeholders to track and report issues.
- Identification of risks and issues associated with proposed changes and implement mitigation strategies.
Education
- Education and qualifications in psychology are highly desirable.
- Certification in organisational change management is highly desirable.
