Position Overview:
The Project Manager will lead and manage SaaS projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen understanding of software development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution of SaaS projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Facilitate meetings, ensuring all voices are heard and decisions are documented.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are aligned with project objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (ideally Agile).
- Excellent stakeholder management and client facing skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
