Macmahon are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team in a permanent full-time position focusing on heavy equipment rebuilds. The Workshop undertakes a range of tasks to manage Macmahon’s fleet of equipment, as well as maintenance projects for external clients.
About the role
• Monday to Friday; 50-hour week
• Based at the Perth Airport
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel to achieve heavy equipment rebuilds
• Highly competitive salary and annual bonus
About you
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Relevant Trade Certificate
• Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, specifically Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sandvik and Epiroc
• Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
• Coordinate the repair/overhaul maintenance, to optimise workable times and minimise turn-around time
