The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join a team focused on uplifting the agency's technology capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing delivery of diverse and varied projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and drive complex IT projects from discovery through to closure.
- Develop, manage and implement realistic project plans, schedules, and resourcing plans.
- Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess and manage project dependencies, risks and issues.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated minimum of 10 years' experience working successfully as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex digital transformation projects including one or more of:
- Enterprise Service Management;
- Applications and integrations (SaaS or build);
- Data & analytics;
- End user device
- Strong Project Management process knowledge and experience, in both Agile and Waterfall environment
- Demonstrated experience undertaking quality management activities such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documents
