Key Responsibilities:- Operate and manage mill line machinery with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Lead and support your team to achieve production targets.
- Conduct quality checks and perform basic maintenance on machinery.
Requirements:- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Team leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Some mechanical aptitude is essential.
