Your New Role
As a Project Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager, providing essential support to the project team in achieving objectives and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Your Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborating with project managers and site teams
- Attending client and sales handover meetings, documenting minutes and action items
- Maintaining document control and updating project schedules
- Compiling and formatting information for Manufacturer’s Data Reports
- Coordinating logistics for freight and crew mobilisation
- Collecting installation documentation and managing post-project feedback
- Administration duties as required
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. You should be comfortable working under pressure, prioritising deadlines, and demonstrating effective verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude is highly valued. You will also have:
- Experience in project administration, preferably within a related industry - mining, mining services, mine water management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A focus on client satisfaction and effective negotiation skills
- Full work rights in Australia is required
