We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million. The Opportunity: Due to strong growth within the residential development sector, our teams continue to expand, and we have an exciting job opportunity for a full time Assistant Project Manager located in both our Osborne Park and Cardup office. This opportunity would suit civil engineering and project management graduates looking to commence their career in civil construction. Key responsibilities: Working alongside the project manager to proactively plan, manage, coordinate, track and run assigned project tasks. Provide project management services which are fit for purpose, practical, cost effective and ensure compliance with design, regulatory standards in addition to WHS and Quality standards. Attend relevant meetings to meet the needs of the role. Liaison, coordination and management of subcontractors, regulating bodies and relevant authorities. Prepare project take-offs, submit purchase orders as required and ensure products and materials are organised in a timely manner. Undertake site inspections. Prepare Variation Order’s and forward to the Project Manager as required. Provide continuous feedback to the relevant stakeholders to ensure you are maximizing project efficiency. All other tasks as instructed to fulfil the role requirements. About You: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or working towards in Civil Engineering or Project Management Good communication skills, both verbal and written White card or willing to obtain. Current Driver’s License Valid in WA and reliable transport Hardworking and motivated, able to work as part of a team, willing to learn. Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol screening.
