About the role

We have new and exciting opportunities to lead our Asset Health teams, which consist of a diverse mix of technicians covering areas of plant condition monitoring, non-destructive testing, lubrication, asset inspection, and drill autonomy systems. In this role, you will use your people leadership, coaching and engagement skills to oversee the safe and high-quality execution of work while using your exceptional communication abilities to provide technical assistance and support to your key customer groups and partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an initiative-taking individual, to work a roster that works for you. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be driving team compliance to Work Management, Hydrocarbon Management, Condition Monitoring, Non-destructive Testing and Autonomous Drilling System standards and leading practices. In addition, you will also be responsible for managing the ongoing maturity of asset management rituals and routines and ensuring that identified defects and risks are adequately understood and controlled.
What you will bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

A Current WA C Class Driver’s License.

Trade Qualification, relevant Engineering degree or significant industry experience

Demonstrated leadership capability and a passion for leading, developing and coaching team members
-
Understanding of work and contractor management procedures relevant to maintenance and asset health processes
-
An analytical mind with strong critical thinking skills, sound communication and computer fluency.

A high degree of SAP maintenance experience.
-
Good organisational and time management skills, with high degrees of self-motivation and the ability to work safely and independently.

Opened in 2010, this open pit operation offersa family friendly fly in fly out roster with state-of-the-art camp facilities.
