About the role
We are looking for a Dewatering Planner to join the Dewatering team at West Angelas and help us excel at safely maintaining our equipment through effective preparation and delivery of short-term maintenance planning.

You’ll be part of a supportive team, supported by your Manager to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team.
Working 5 days on 2 off on a FIFO roster from Perth and reporting to the Superintendent Planning and Scheduling Fixed Plant, you will be responsible for:

Detail planning of jobs in SAP, capturing improvement changes, developing estimations of resource requirements and materials

Create, publish and track the budget for area of responsibility

Prioritising work with the Supervisors, Superintendents and external departments, utilising your considerable stakeholder and relationship building skills

Developing and refining the scheduled outage forecast for designated site working with site and the central teams to optimise and manage business impact

End to end process developing and managing the sites Zero Based Budget.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

A strong personal commitment to safety
-
Demonstrated skills in maintenance planning or scheduling within the resources industry
-
Strong mechanical background with experience in maintenance of heavy dewatering equipment and infrastructure.

Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office including Project and Excel
-
Detail understanding of Work Management and Zero Based Budgeting principles;
-
Previous experience utilising a Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP experience will be highly regarded);
-
A current and valid manual ‘C Class’ driver's license
