As the Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing key projects that contribute to the educational landscape and commercial growth in Melbourne. You will lead project teams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to execution and completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate communication and address any challenges that arise.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and timelines, using best practices to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all projects meet industry standards and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
