This up and coming builder completes a range of new build and fitout / refurb work for the State and Local Governments as well as private developers, particularly in the industrial sector. They have a mix of Lump Sum and D&C work and operate from the Sunshine Coast through to the Gold Coast.

About The Opportunity
Working with the Pre-con Manager you will be heavily involved in completing a range of D&C and Lump Sum tenders. You will also complete your own tenders from start to finish, developing your own strategy for each tender, look for value engineering opportunities, participate in client meetings and use your experience to create competitive tenders.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Experience working for another Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder completing all parts of the estimating process on a range of D&C new build tenders.
