Responsibilities will include: Day to day management of the portfolio including liaison with tenants and landlords. Lease administration in line with tenancy schedules. Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants. All areas of repairs & maintenance for the portfolio. Lease renewals and negotiations for new submissions. Financial management including budgets, monitoring arrears and monthly reporting. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience working in Real Estate preferred Ability to work within a small agency Current WA Property Management Licence, or willingness to work towards Understanding of Cirrus8 or equivalent highly desirable Understand and be familiar with all relevant legislation Own vehicle and a current, valid WA Driver's Licence If this role sounds like you, and you fit the above criteria please apply to the advert.
