Summary
We are regularly seeking highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of technical projects across all industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all technical requirements. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure that project deliverables meet technical requirements
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field desirable
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or related fields
- Active Australian Security Clearance
- Knowledge of the Defence and National Security sector is preferred
