The Role
As an Estimator, you will help take the lead on the preparation and execution of key tenders. You will work in conjunction with our Senior Estimators in achieving positive commercial outcomes with the creation of accurate estimates ultimately achieving successful bids for our business.

Your presence in our Precontracts team will enable a greater ROI, in turning market opportunities into won work.
Your Every Day
- Preparing bids and tenders for various infrastructure projects including bridges, intersections, roads and drainage etc
- Monitor current competitive prices, new techniques and cost trends
- Develop accurate estimates through first principles pricing of direct and indirect job costs
- Develop, train and identify improvements to the tendering systems, including facilitating the improvement and upskilling the team
Who are you?
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in construction cost planning, tendering or project delivery working on diverse tenders/projects across Infrastructure.
- Multi-disciplinary estimating experience on projects in excess of $20m
- Ability to lead a tender and work on multiple tenders concurrently
- Experience with Expert Estimation software
