The Opportunity
An experienced Project Manager to join our growing Consultancy team
Lead and deliver multiple commercial & retail advisory projects typically up to $10m at any one time
To work within a client- side advisory division focussing on delivering refurb/fitout/capex projects under the CBRE construction model
Collaborate with other CBRE business lines, cross selling our services to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives
As the successful candidate you will have:
Tertiary qualified with Project Management experience within the local commercial fitout/refurbishment or client-side advisory sectors
Able to deliver multiple, fast paced projects at any one time
Effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
Able to implement robust risk management strategies and proactively address any challenges.
