About The Role
Your role as the Project Manager will directly report to the Senior Project Manager. You will be involved in the coordination, development, and delivery aspects of construction and asset renewal projects that contribute to the development of healthy communities in Victoria.
We're Looking For Someone With
- Extensive experience in the delivery of construction projects - design management, procurement, health and safety, and superintendent experience desirable.
- A tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, project/construction management, or in a related field.
- Government (federal, state and/or local) delivery experience desirable. Diverse project experience also desirable.
- Demonstrated experience to navigate regulatory processes to obtain permits for project delivery.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated experience to develop contracts and contract management.
- Risk Management capabilities with regards to the delivery of capital projects.
