Our client is a leading Commercial Tier 3 Builder that's been operating in Melbournes Northern region for over 40 years in the $10 to $30 Million value range.
With consistent repeat business and a healthy pipeline of work, they are on the hunt for an experienced PM who has climbed the ranks with a Carpentry background.
Opportunity to work on a diverse range of boutique projects, from Schools to Wellness centres and Commercial fit-outs along with the odd Architectural Single dwelling.
Your Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PM or Senior Site Manager
- Experience in coordinating projects worth $10M and above
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- A Carpentry Background is a Must
- Tier 3 Commercial Experience is required to proceed
