About The Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage program and project administration activities for our Engineering Talent initiatives. Candidates do not need an engineering background; a passion for project coordination is essential. This position involves maintaining open communication and providing timely reports and updates. You will collaborate to achieve project outcomes, focusing on high-quality delivery and effective stakeholder management, including member liaison.
Locations
Flexible with preference for Melbourne, Hobart, Canberra, Brisbane, Newcastle.
In This Role You Will
- Lead the coordination and reporting of all Engineering Workforce programs and projects.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Talent team and stakeholders to manage project timelines and delivery.
- Coordinate with the Business Transformation team to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Foster strong relationships across the organisation.
- Liaise with stakeholders to implement plans and schedules that align with business priorities.
- Coordinate all internal and external project reporting requirements.

- Experience in project coordination within a dynamic business environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Skilled at building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Adept in using various IT systems and platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experienced in developing reporting processes and reports for all organisational levels and partners.
