Founded in 2015, INCITIAS’ engineers have collaborated within the energy and maritime industries globally in over 28 countries and on more than 60 energy transition projects to date. Over the last two years we have seen significant increase in the number of projects in generation, storage and transportation of hydrogen and green ammonia. Now we are looking for a highly versatile and skilled Civil Engineer to strengthen our presence in renewables and our position as technology integrator and provider of original equipment to the energy and marine offshore industry.
Supporting both onshore and offshore projects, this exciting role involves contributing to a range of civil engineering activities, including firefighting system design, pile and foundation design, steel structural design, and related calculations. You will leverage advanced tools and technologies like Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate and assess structures under varying conditions, aligning with client requests and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
u Design bespoke OEM Equipment offshore offloading systems
u Design onshore facilities foundations, and steel structures.
u Perform FEA simulations and structural calculations.
u Support energy transition projects.
u Support OEM manufacturing.
u Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, 3Ds max, Rhino, and Ansys.
u Proficient with technology and quickly adapt to new programs and software.
Requirements:
u Minimum 2 years’ experience as a civil engineer in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on marine and offshore projects.
u Minimum 2 years’ experience in running FEA for onshore and offshore projects
u Minimum 2 years’ experience with 3D modelling
u Advanced knowledge of applicable onshore and offshore international standards and codes required.
u Participate in HAZID AND HAZOP
u Experience in all elements of OEM Equipment offshore offloading system design.
u Experience in FEA and 3D modelling
u Optimization design of rotating equipment
u Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
u Ability to work with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
u Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
u Experience with 3D FEA for onshore/offshore projects and manufacturing applications.
u Highly proficient in 3D visualization tools (3Ds Max, Rhino) and other relevant software.
u In depth knowledge of relevant international standards and codes for onshore and offshore applications.
