Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking an enthusiastic Operational Supervisor to join our fly in – fly out team to our client sites in the Pilbara on a regular basis. Managing our onsite workforce portfolio in a fast paced capacity.
We are seeking an individual that will continue to build a foundation for growth with a goal to become a proactive industry leader in the provision of managed labour hire and staffing services.
Operational Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- 5 years experience in a similar role within the iron ore industry
- Implement divisional and local business strategies to grow existing customer accounts and enhance financial performance.
- Lead high-level Customer Relationship Management activities to promote service excellence and customer retention.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders through regular consultation and communication.
- Experience managing a large onsite workforce portfolio
- Establish and monitor account management plans, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational objectives.
- Monitors and evaluates work in progress to ensure that the service and quality standards are in accordance with the service contract terms and conditions.
- Understanding of standards applicable to working within the resources sector.
- Actively promote new services, and offerings from across Programmed to customers.
- Review operational and sales performance, implementing proactive strategies to meet service and quality standards
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Successful Candidate will need the Following Attributes
- 5 Years experience in a similar role within the iron ore industry
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships internally and externally.
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management.
- A proven track record in contract management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Management/Leadership (Highly Desirable).
- Highly literate with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards and adherence to safety protocols
- Administration and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
