What Does the Role Involve?
The primary goal is to create value for your designated accounts by implementing tailored strategies that foster long-term, profitable relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting field sales and providing high-level consultations within the mining industry.
- Making customer calls in line with sales policies and effectively managing your territory.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Negotiating agreements that maximize profitability for your accounts.
- Regular travel to remote areas to enhance coverage and capitalize on construction activities.

What You Need:
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Background in the construction or mining industries is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn and grow.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on solution selling.
- A valid Australian driver's license.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar is desirable).
- Self-motivated, capable of managing your own schedule and building relationships independently.
- Strong negotiation and planning abilities.
