As a leader and mentor of people, you will coach and develop Regional Managers, Superintendents and Supervisors across multiple projects, whilst ensuring the end-to-end maintenance and/or project execution plan is carried out to the highest of safety standards, on budget and capitalising on future growth opportunities. This role will be based in our Welshpool head office, with regular site travel required to meet client and operational demand across our regional based workforce. About the opportunity Managing the strategic and day-to-day operational requirements of site leadership and personnel Attend and contribute to meetings with the Client and Minprovise project execution managers, maintenance, and site services Drive positive and inclusive culture through people development and management Manage job costings and meet budgets Undertake site-based reporting obligations as determined and required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Demonstrated understanding of the Mining Act & Regulations Significant experience in a similar role within the Mining/Maintenance/Resources sector Demonstrated stewardship of positive culture and safety leadership High level communication skills with people at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and MS Project beneficial MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries.
