What You’ll Do:
- Lead urban infrastructure projects, delivering high-quality designs and documentation.
- Develop design documentation, including reports, technical specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate projects from office to site, engaging with clients and stakeholders at every stage.
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting their development and well-being.
- Actively participate in client management and business development to drive the team's success.
About You:
- Experience: 7+ years in civil infrastructure with a focus on urban development, road design, drainage, and water management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating comprehensive design documentation and in-depth knowledge of Austroads, TMR, and Local Government standards.
- Leadership: A hands-on leader, ready to roll up your sleeves while empowering junior team members.
- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Engineering
