- Base salary to $120k for Site Engineers and $150k for Project Engineers plus $60K Tax free uplifts

They have built a reputation as one of the major players in complex civil works with a specialisation in rail, roads, and bridges.
The Roles
With an increase in workload, they have identified the need for several Site and Project Engineers to supplement their engineering team. You will work closely with the Project Managers and Senior Engineers as you grow in the role with the company and you will be mentored accordingly.
You should have worked on civil construction, road construction, bridge construction, or general infrastructure works and want to work in Newcastle or regional areas. The company offers long-term and not just project opportunities.
To be successful in this role you should have;
- experience in civil construction
- a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- worked on road, water, or civil infrastructure projects
- enjoy complex civil projects
Remuneration
This role is paying a market-high base salary with a top-of-the-range company car coupled with an excellent bonus scheme and $60k tax free living away allowance on top.
You will be supported by some of the best engineers in the market as well as working with seasoned Supervisors. The company prides itself on competitive bidding and all its jobs make a profit.
