Role: Senior Health & Safety Advisor
Location: Newcastle, NSW
Our market leading engineering/construction client based in Newcastle handles EPC responsibilities across the renewable energy sector and having successfully begun construction of new assets across New South Wales the requirement to expand the safety team means they are looking to hire multiple Senior HSE Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project management/engineering team on effective HSE management across multiple ongoing projects
- Effectively manage Health & Safety compliance requirements as well as statutory requirements + continually improve HSE management systems
- Prepare/Provide site specific HSE reports + maintain safety and quality records
- Implement Health and Safety plans and procedures across site/project
Requirements:
- Proven HSE Advisory experience in relevant field (5+ Years preferable)
- Proficient skills within Report Writing + Investigation
- Up to date driver’s license + white card
- Diploma in Occupational HSE or equivalent (Cert IV or above)
- Ability to work within FIFO/DIDO position as required
