Role Overview
Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager (Senior) to work on a large, multi-year portfolio within the organisation contributing to the establishment of the new Adelaide University.
Key Skills & Experience

This will assist the panel deem your suitability for the role.
10+ years of project management experience will be needed to demonstrate your skills and achievements.
* Experience leading and managing process re-design, operating model implementations, PMO establishment and workforce capability building and training programs / projects.
* Strong and proven experience in Agile and Scrum practices to enhance project flexibility, responsiveness, and speed to market.
* Expertise in creating detailed project plans, defining scope, setting milestones, managing risks, dependencies and ensuring on-time, on budget project delivery.
* Experience in managing projects within a matrix environment.
* Ability to lead diverse teams, including developers, testers, trainers, process analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and collaborative project execution.
* Excellent communication skills for conveying project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings
* Strong and proven experience developing and facilitating high-quality project deliverables.
* Higher education sector experience desirable.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, ICT, Engineering or Project Management (or working towards).
* Diploma or Higher qualification in Project Management or related discipline
* Project Management Certification (E.g. AIPM ‐ Certified Practicing Project Manager, PMI ‐ PMP)
* Agile Certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist)
