Harry Maxwell is conducting an executive search for a leading company in the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on Biogas. This ASX-listed company, which started as an EPC, now operates under a “Build, Own, Operate” model encompassing Engineering, Infrastructure, and Energy retail.

Harry Maxwell is looking for a Project Manager with construction experience to join this rapidly expanding company, which has new national projects planned throughout 2025 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Leading and overseeing construction projects.
- Create construction estimates.
- Create and manage construction budget.
- Develop and deliver project management plan with deliverables and milestones.
- Planning work assignments that meet deadlines while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract.
- Allocate and manage resources.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with the project stakeholders including the Discipline Team Lead, Workshare Team, Client and Project Engineer/Manager on design progress, budget, technical matters, quality, and resource planning.
Key Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in project management.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing budgets to schedule.
- Ability to manage multiple sub-contractors.
- Strong reporting, budgeting, and planning skills.
- Demonstrated success managing construction services to statutory and regulatory requirements.
