Assist in the preparation and implementation of HSEQ documentation Advise and educate teams on legislative requirements Process incident and hazard reports Drive a safe and healthy work environment Conduct HSEQ site inspections and audits, pre-start meetings and Toolbox meetings Coordinate HESQ training programs Analyse HSEQ performance, reporting, system updates Maintain the Company Integrated Management System Create and review SWMS, JHA’s and conduct Audits ABOUT YOU Prior experience leading HSEQ in construction and remediation works. Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or a similar discipline. Working knowledge of HSEQ practices and relevant HSE legislation. Investigation qualification and experience being desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Skilled in positively influencing, developing, and maintaining site relationships. Self-manage workload to ensure efficiency and a positive team environment. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Detail oriented with prioritization and deadline management skills. Understanding of Quality Management processes.
