The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Administration Team Leader and supporting the Technical Support team, you will be responsible for day-to-day coordination and execution of contract administration duties along with the coordination of client reports.
Responsibilities Include And Are Not Limited To
- Ensuring current processes and workflows are kept updated
- Providing administrative support to the Contract Manager and Technical on-site team
- Timely planning of preventative maintenance record management
- Preparing monthly reporting in line with client requirements
- Preparing/typing manuals and general correspondence i.e letters, memos, minutes etc
- Gathering and maintaining current information from subcontractors, suppliers and managers in accordance with the requirements of the business
- Maintaining the database of accredited suppliers, insurance certificates and contact details
- Raising purchase orders and preparing documentation of invoices for the finance department
- Producing presentations and reports as required
- Adhoc duties as requested by management
The Candidate
You have a ‘can do’ attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is essential and previous experience in the building services industry an advantage.
Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.
This is a full time role with enormous potential (40 hours per week in the office.) 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm, ½ hour lunch break.
