The Appointment:
- Create and implement document templates, in accordance with brand guidelines, project, contract, business and technical requirements
- Receive and record technical documents including drawings and specifications
- Ensure document templates are available and used correctly including setting up workflow templates, approvers and assign users to workflow steps
- Deliver on contract milestones, outputs, and costs against agreed implementation schedules and budgets
- Contribute to system and process reviews, including audits, to monitor and report on compliance and to take action to address any issues identified
The Appointee:
- Detailed knowledge of document management processes and procedures
- Experience with a Document Management system essential
- A background in mining or engineering is desirable
- An effective communicator who takes pride in your ability to engage with all stakeholders
- Ambitious in nature, you will have the desire to continuously learn, upskill and contribute to new ways of working
