Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Coordinator at MLV Real Estate. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day facilities operations, facility management, communication with stakeholders, customer service, and budgeting. The role is based in Welshpool, WA.
Qualifications
- Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in budgeting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- A diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
