As one of Western Australia’s leading HVAC services providers, with a team of 35 service technicians and over 400 customers, our Service Delivery Team is focused on ensuring the highest quality HVAC infrastructure maintenance service outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join Envar Service. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient delivery of our HVAC services, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the successful completion of projects.
Role overview;
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customer site representatives and other key contacts. Attend site meetings to discuss programming, resourcing, and coordination needs.
- Assist in developing tenders, selecting equipment and materials, and nominating suppliers. Oversee the selection and letting of maintenance and warranty contracts..
- Plan cost-effective installation methods and ensure materials and equipment are fit for purpose. Coordinate with other trades to minimize clashes, wastage, and rework.
- Ensure that safe work processes are implemented and maintained by all project-related staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following attributes;
- Proven experience in operations management within the HVAC industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to schedule and oversee multiple tasks.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
