The Opportunity
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll contribute to a high-quality working environment through the coordination and administration of all facility maintenance at Komatsu Western Region sites.
The responsibilities of the role will be divided equally between planning and scheduling maintenance work activity with aligned vendors, and carrying out hands-on general maintenance tasks such as line marking, landscaping, general handyperson duties, etc, working hands on and as a key liaison between our internal customers and our preferred vendors / contractors.
Role Located: Welshpool, WA
Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off - Normal Business Hours

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Solid coordination, planning and scheduling skills
- Should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medium to large company working in a Facilities Maintenance/Coordinator role with knowledge of facilities infrastructure including electrical, water, sewerage, plumbing and infrastructure being desirable
- Ability to prepare professional reports to present to the Facilities Manager
- High safety focus and attention to all tasks.
